Women's Words: From Page To Stage

To celebrate 30 years of the greatest celebration of women’s creativity in the world – the Women’s Prize for Fiction – some of the UK’s most compelling performers, including Sheila Atim, Sheila Hancock, Kate Mosse, Lenny Henry and June Sarpong, will take to the stage to read extraordinary writing by women. From letters and speeches to essays and fiction, these live readings will celebrate the words and voices of those who have shaped and inspired us.
Taking place as the finale of the inaugural Chelsea Arts Festival, the evening will raise funds for the Women’s Prize Trust to empower women’s voices and storytelling.
Expect an evening of heart and humour, of unforgettable performances and powerful words – all in support of a future where every woman’s voice counts.
