Young Tai Chi

For the summer holiday we are offering weekly, half hour Tai Chi Qigong sessions for young people between the ages of 7-11. We all know that young people's lives are busy and that they spend a lot time in front of screens. It's never too early to start mindfulness and Tai Chi promotes relaxation and focus.
This class is led by Cath, a DBS checked, experienced instructor and who is interested in the promotion of good mental health in young people.
Classes are 3.00 per child and places are limited.
Please note: all parents will be asked to wait in the museum/cafe for the duration of the session.
