But this French composer had Spanish blood, and tonight’s concert is filled with the sunshine, the fragrance and the pure, intoxicating passion of Spain at its most seductive. Wild, whirling dances from Falla and Turina, delicate fairy tales from Ravel – it’s a fiesta in sound, even before Boléro strikes up that unstoppable beat.
