Given its proximity to Scotland’s stadium, The Bothy (inside The Murrayfield Hotel) is unsurprisingly mostly a rugby bar, but they will show the Euros on their screens this summer. Swish booths and a swanky interior make for more of a restaurant feel and the menu of scallops, steak and perfectly plated gnocchi is more sophisticated than your average plate of soggy sharing nachos.
