Sprigg’s admirable mission is to change the way Glaswegians eat on the hop, from food packaging (returned packaging will be recycled properly; customers’ own containers are encouraged) to tasty mouthfuls of fresh, unprocessed goodness. From their three nicely designed takeaways (simplicity is an ethos here), one in the city centre, one in the Merchant City, Sprigg proves that healthy doesn’t need to be boring (nor expensive) when faced with the uber-fresh produce and flavour-packed options that go into their globally inspired soups and salad bowls.
