This former bank on Lothian Road has been turned into a flashy Japanese restaurant with oodles of space. The sushi selection featuring soft-shell crab and all the classics is nice and fresh. But the highlight is the fast and filling donburi dishes; rice bowls topped with meat and egg. There’s a wide choice of cocktails and drinks too.
