After winning a clutch of street food accolades, Junk expanded into bricks and mortar in 2022. Their sophisticated take on everything the Scottish palate is supposed to love shows up as witty yet beautifully presented small plates and sophisticated cocktails in a narrow, exposed brick bar/restaurant. The dealer’s choice menu takes the hard work out of choosing, and there’s a decent early dining deal (it’s handy for Queen’s Hall and Summerhall).
