Gary Tank Commander set to invade the Hydro

Comedy character brings Mission Quite Possible show to Glasgow for three dates in October 2016
Comedian Greg McHugh will take his comedy creation Gary Tank Commander to the SSE Hydro in October 2016 for three nights.
The show – subtitled Mission Quite Possible – follows last year's Still Game live show which earned £6m from 21 sell-out shows at the 13,000 capacity Glasgow venue.
In a clearly excitable state Gary said, 'Seriousleh, ah shouldnae even be daein this, it is TOAP SECRETS but … ken that way, it’ll be a laugh, so – jist … AYE! COME ALONG!'
The live show follows three BBC TV series detailing the escapades of unlikely military man Gary and his crew. Prior to that, McHugh had spent a number of years honing the character on the live circuit, including a stint at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
The stage show will also feature cast members Leah MacRae as Julie, Paul James Corrigan as Adam, Robert Jack, Lance Corporal Jacko Jackson and Scott Fletcher as Charlie, with more characters to be announced.
Tickets go on sale Wed 24 Jun at 9am.
SSE Hydro, Glasgow, Thu 20–Sat 22 Oct 2016.
