Rihanna, Killers and Mumford & Sons to headline T in the Park 2013

Other confirmed artists for T’s 20th anniversary include Paloma Faith, alt-J and Monsters and Men
UPDATE: The Killers have been announced as the third headliner for T in the Park 2013. Aside from a gig at Wembley, the festival is as yet the Vegas band's only UK date next year.
ORIGINAL ARTICLE: The first acts of Scotland’s biggest festival have been announced, with Rihanna and Mumford & Sons headlining. Other confirmed artist include: Paloma Faith, alt-J, Monsters and Men and The Script.
Rihanna cut her festival teeth at London’s Wireless Festival earlier this year, and Mumford & Sons’ second album Babel is the fastest-selling album of 2012 in the UK and US.
Mercury Music Prize 2012 winner alt-J spoke of their delight at playing T in the Park: "It's an absolute honour to be invited back to play at Scotland's biggest and best music festival - WE CAN'T WAIT!"
Festival Director Geoff Ellis said: “Seems like only yesterday that the first band took to the stage at Strathclyde Park for our inaugural T in the Park in '94, now here we are in 2012 announcing two of the world’s biggest and best acts to headline our 20th edition.
This year’s T in the Park 2013 will take place Fri 12-Sun 14 Jul, with early bird tickets going on sale the Fri 7 Dec.
