Scotland’s Rapture theatre company has teamed up with the Greenwich Theatre in London to create a modern, accessible take on Shakespeare’s most famous play. Rapture’s updated Hamlet is set in the contemporary Glasgow underworld, where Hamlet is caught between the worlds of his university and that of his criminal family. The cast is packed with stellar Scottish talent, including newcomer Grant O’Rourke in the title role, and theatre legend Dave Anderson as the Ghost.
