Peter Kay announces monthly residency at the O2 Arena in 2023: how to get tickets

Londoners who can’t get enough of observational riffs on Panda Pop and 1970s television are in for a treat. Peter Kay has announced a monthly residency in the capital’s O2 Arena for 2023. Tickets for the shows go on sale at 10am on Saturday 12 November. Scroll to the bottom of this article to find a detailed list of Kay's tour dates.
The announcement comes after Kay announced a massive tour of the UK in 2022 and 2023, his first in 12 years. He’ll be the first ever comedian to play a residency at the venue, which has a capacity of 20,000.
Speaking to Zoe Ball on BBC Radio 2, Kay said, ‘There's basically been me and Prince who have done it and look what happened to him.’
Beyond Kay’s reticence to court the spotlight over the past decade, the tour garnered headlines for his decision to keep tickets at £35, the same price as his 2010 tour.
‘You've got to meet people half-way, it's bad times, plus that's why people need a laugh,’ he said. ‘I think that's why it was on the news because it was something happy for once and not doom and gloom.
‘I thought it was a nice thing, a bit like when they used to have panda at the end of Newsround with John Craven.’
