Rick Wakeman has unveiled plans to tour the UK in February 2024. Tickets for the shows go on sale at 10am on Friday 19 May. 

Starting at Glasgow’s Royal Concert Hall on Thursday 15 February, the Return Of The Caped Crusader tour will then head to Liverpool’s Philharmonic on Saturday 17 February, Manchester’s Bridgewater Hall on Sunday 18 February, Brighton Dome on Tuesday 20 February, Cardiff’s St David’s Hall on Wednesday 21 February, Birmingham Symphony Hall on Friday 23 February, York’s Barbican on Saturday 24 February, the Sage in Gateshead on Sunday 25 February and Bristol’s Beacon on Wednesday 28 February. 

Each show will feature tracks from Wakeman’s former band Yes and a performance of his 1974 LP Journey To The Centre Of The Earth from start to finish, with plenty of the flamboyant flourishes that this godfather of prog is known for.
