Johnny Marr announces spring UK tour for 2024: how to get tickets
The former guitarist for The Smiths will hit venues in Manchester, Newcastle, Glasgow and more next April

Johnny Marr has announced massive tour of the UK for spring 2024. Tickets for the shows go on sale at 10am on Friday 27 October. Scroll to the bottom of this article for a detailed list of Marr’s UK tour dates.
Titled The Spirit Power Tour, it’ll come in support of Marr’s best of compilation of the same name, which features tracks like ‘Spiral Cities’, ‘The Priest’, ‘I Feel You’ and other indie chart fodder.
Starting on Tuesday 2 April at Newcastle’s O2 City Hall, Marr will then visit Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, Wolverhampton, Cardiff, Bristol, London, Brighton and Nottingham’s Rock City. Support for the tour will come from Gaz Coombes. Marr will also play two shows at Manchester’s Warehouse this December, where he’ll be accompanied by a 30-piece orchestra. Tickets for those shows are on sale now.
