5 Best Club Nights on the Fringe 2016

Late night DJ action from Bicep, LuckyMe, Congo Natty and Hot Dub Time Machine

DJs and dance beats take over as the comedy and theatre grind to a halt. If you're in the mood for dancing as the clock strikes midnight the city's club scene steps up to the challenge as they take advantage of late licences with a strong selection of guest DJs, Festival specials and quality electronica.

Hot Dub Time Machine
'Time travelling' club night as DJ Tom Loud selects a big hit, club banger or old school anthem from 1954–2016 and plays them in strict chronological order.
Corn Exchange, Fri 12 & Sat 13, Thu 18–Sat 20 Aug, 9pm–1am, £20.

LuckyMe Festival Party
Glasgow record label and arts collective LuckyMe return for their annual Festival party. Featuring a lineup drawn from the LuckyMe roster (S Type, Eclair Fifi, Piu Piu, Inkke and The Blessings) plus special guest Benji B.
La Belle Angele, Fri 19 Aug, 11pm–5am, £13.

Congo Natty
Heavy dub, reggae and beats collide as Congo Natty takes over Le Belle Angele with Rebel MC, Phoebe Iron Dread and Congo Dubz.
La Belle Angele, Fri 20 Aug, 11pm–5am, £10–£12.

Musika
The Musika crew continue to champion innovative house as they welcome DJ duo Bicep and Glasgow's Jasper James for a fluid mix of deep house, Detroit techno and disco.
Liquid Room, Sat 20 Aug, 11pm–5am, £14.50.

Highlife
'Afro-futurist' and world beats specialist Auntie Flo (Rinse FM) shines a light on global electronica as he's joined by Laurie Pitt from Golden Teacher for Highlife's annual 'Sun Ritual'.
