Adam Larter clearly began making his props back in about February. There are hundreds of them, including a homemade plastic saxophone, Sonic the Hedgehog cardboard helmet, masks of the moustachioed Pringles tin man, and a baby doll painted with Kiss make-up. Larter squeezes an awful lot into his hour-long show, starting off with a 'Crazy Toilet' song (to the tune of 'Crazy Horses'), via an audience participation round of Pass the Parcel, where Larter is peeled out from underneath an impressive five Spandex gimp suits, and ending with some kind of singalong version of Radiohead's 'Creep' crossbred with the theme from Only Fools and Horses.

A 1980s nostalgia theme runs strong all the way through, with audio clips of GamesMaster and Grange Hill spliced in among Larter's mix of absurd puns and stunts. A ridiculously mismatched fight between him and a tiny puppet ET is a highlight, although watching the bit where he downs a litre of milk and scoops handfuls of Marmite straight into his face is definitely a lowlight (bear in mind that the show is already happening in a venue that can smell a bit off). Obviously a very dedicated oddball, Adam Larter has created a giddy, bizarre whirlwind of a show.
