With years of acting experience under their belt, Anna Leong and Emily Lloyd Saini have come to the Fringe with a series of ambitious sketches that are delivered on varying levels. Things kick off with the pair addressing 'the elephant in the room'. They warn us that drinkers from the bar downstairs may well interrupt while visiting the toilet that's at the back of the room; but that's not the main issue, they say. Instead they apologise, very sarcastically, for not fitting the bill of a middle-aged white male comedian.

The tongue-in-cheek tone is maintained, keeping a select group of the audience engaged, while others are eager for them to stick to the script. Sketches range from obscure space videos played during a NASA class to a couple's totally failed attempt at roleplay. It's here where the pair's acting potential truly shines through and they manage to delve straight into an impressive array of characters. But, on more than one occasion, the crowd stare blank-faced at the stage attempting to figure out exactly what's going on.

Their timing can't be faulted as they jump energetically from one sketch to another keeping the room enthused, but their material needs revisiting in order for their talent to truly emerge.
