Many of us are looking for ways to support the arts right now and Thou Art Viable, a group of Scotland-based creative communications professionals, have come up with the perfect way of doing so whilst ticking something off your Christmas to-do list.

They're offering a range of festive cards, on sale now, designed by creative figures, and are looking for artists, musicians, dancers, comedians and theatre makers to get in touch with their own contributions. Those already signed up include SAY Award nominated Ela Orleans, jazz singer and painter Ali McGregor, theatre designer and artist Katherina Radeva, graphic designer Ross Napier, and comedian and illustrator Danny Clives.

Thou Art Viable are made up of Michelle Mangan, Miriam Attwood and Sharon McHendry. Describing the aim of this initiative they say, 'By buying a pack of cards you are paying an artist for their work and you are handing a loved one a wee reminder of the arts and the mischief and magic we create as one of the country's most loved and misunderstood industries.'

Cards will be made available at the end of each week throughout November, priced at £10 for a pack of 6, and there's a limited run of each design. Any profits will go to culture support funds such as Eclipse Theatre and Black Womxn in Theatre's #AllofUs Redundancy Care Campaign. The team are looking for a way to donate to those artists who have fallen through funding cracks, known as #ExcludedUK.
