André 3000 has announced special appearances at London’s Jazz Café this August. Tickets for the shows go on sale at 10am on Friday 2 August. Scroll to the bottom of this article a detailed list of 3000’s UK appearances.
The former Outkast singer and rapper has made sporadic live appearances across the globe after the surprise release of flute album New Blue Sun in 2022. He’ll make two appearances at the café on Friday 16 August in a show titled New Blue Sun Live In Concert, with bandmates Carlos Niño, Nate Mercereau, Surya Botofasina and Deantoni Parks. Prepare to be disappointed if you show up expecting to hear ‘Hey Ya’.
The gigs will take place before 3000 supports Loyle Carner at All Points East on Saturday 17 August in London’s Victoria Park. Tickets for that show are on sale now.
