Billy Bragg announces 40th anniversary tour of UK and Ireland: how to get tickets

Billy Bragg has announced a handful of tour dates across the UK and Ireland. Tickets for the shows go on sale at 10am on Friday 31 March. Scroll to the bottom of this article to find a detailed list of Bragg’s UK and Ireland tour dates.
Titled the Roaring Forty Tour, the shows mark 40 years of Bragg’s unique mixture of folk and punk-infused protest music.
Bragg said, ‘Doesn’t seem like just that long ago that I was playing Thursday nights at the Tunnel in Greenwich, opening for whoever was headlining that night. I learned my chops there in late 82 / early 83 and I’m still putting those lessons to good use 40 years later. Hope to see some of you on the Roaring Forty Tour this autumn.’
Aside from the tour, Bragg also announced a gargantuan retrospective boxset titled The Roaring Forty | 1983-2023. The 14-disc epic will be released on Friday 27 October and is available to preorder now.
