Birmingham’s fireworks will go off with a bang this Bonfire Night, with a variety of events lined up.

The city centre will see a couple of big events, with Pype Hayes Park hosting a Disney-themed display his year. The West Midlands Travel Sports and Social Club will be raising money for local charities with a mix of fireworks, food and fun fairs on Sat 2 Nov. Family tickets admit two adults and two children, and cost £10.

Rugby fans can also enjoy a number of displays across the area, with Coventry (Sat 2 Nov), Old Coventrians (Sat 2 Nov), Alcester (Fri 1 Nov) and Wolverhampton rugby clubs all celebrating Guy Fawkes Night.

Just outside the city centre in Solihull, Tudor Grange Park (Sat 2 Nov) will be setting up food stalls and local PTA’s will be selling toys at their fireworks display. The Boot Inn Bonfire Night will be serving up barbecue food and live music on Thu 7 Nov.

Thrill seekers can make their way to Drayton Manor for a white knuckle ride of a Bonfire Night (Sat 2 & Sun 3 Nov). The main attractions will be open for longer, and there will also be a laser-filled firework display.

For a classy and educational bonfire night, head to Coombe Abbey (Fri 1 Nov) for a four course meal as actors tell the tale of the Gunpowder Plot whilst you enjoy a glass (or two) of wine.

All events take place on Tue 5 Nov unless otherwise stated. A list of UK-wide Guy Fawkes Night events is available in our listings section – set your location to find the events closest to you.
