Doves, the underrated mid-2000s rock act, have announced a number of additional live shows alongside their first ever compilation album. Tickets for the new dates will go on sale at 10am on Friday 13 August. Scroll to the bottom of this article for a detailed list of the band’s UK touring schedule. 

Almost three decades into their career, the three-piece from Cheshire will release So, Here We Are: Best Of Doves on Friday 14 November via EMI North. The tracks have been hand-picked by each member of the band and, while the track list is yet to be announced, they’re promising a mixture of singles, album tracks, and rarities spanning their 27-year back catalogue. The announcement  comes after the release of their sixth studio album Constellations For The Lonely, which released in February of this year to critical acclaim. 

In touring news, the band will once again perform without vocalist and co-founding member Jimi Goodwin, who continues his recovery from mental health issues. The new dates will start at Dundee’s Livehouse on Friday 12 December, before heading to London’s O2 Forum Kentish Town on Sunday 14 December, Bournemouth’s O2 Academy on Monday 15 December and Cambridge Junction on Tuesday 16 December.
