Drake announces $ome $pecial $hows tour of UK for 2025: How to get tickets
The Canadian rapper will play shows in Birmingham and Manchester this July

Drake has announced tour dates of the UK in what he’s calling $ome $pecial $hows 4 UK. Tickets for the shows go on sale at midday on Friday 6 June. Scroll to the bottom of this article for a detailed list of the rapper’s UK tour dates.
It marks Drake’s first jaunt across the UK in six years, when he mounted his Assassination Vacation Tour. It also comes in the wake of his feud with Kendrick Lamar, a beef which has been broiling since 2011 and concluded with him very much on the losing side when Lamar’s diss track ‘Not Like Us’ became a chart-topping club hit. ‘Say, Drake, I hear you like ’em young/ You better not ever go to cell block one/ To any bitch that talk to him and they in love/ Just make sure you hide your lil’ sister from him,’ claimed Lamar in the rap, which you can hear here.
The tour will partly promote his latest album $ome $exy $ongs 4 U, released in February this year, which addresses the aftermath of his battle with Lamar. ‘Fuck a rap beef, I'm tryna get the party lit/Tryna get the party lit for the bitches,’ he raps on ‘Gimme A Hug’. The album was made with PARTYNEXTDOOR, who’ll join him on every leg of the tour.
An interesting time for the ‘Passionfruit’ songwriter and former Disney star, then. If you want to see him, he’ll perform at Birmingham’s Utilita Arena on Sunday 20 and Monday 21 July, and Manchester’s Co-op Live on Friday 25 and Saturday 26 July.
