Emma Pollock announces new album, UK tour for 2025: How to get tickets

Emma Pollock has returned as a solo performer after a long absence, announcing her fourth studio album and a full-scale tour of the UK. Tickets for the tour go on sale at 10am on Friday 11 July. Scroll to the bottom of this article for a detailed list of her UK performances. 

The Delgados frontwoman’s latest solo album is called Begging The Night To Take Hold, and will be released on Chemikal Underground on Friday 26 September. Her announcement was accompanied by lead single ‘Prize Hunter’, an airy combination of indie rock, folk and Pollock’s trademark knack for sprightly storytelling. 

Starting at Newcastle’s Cumberland Arms on Thursday 16 October, Pollock will then visit Coventry, Bristol, London, Cambridge, Hull, Manchester, Perth, Stirling, Edinburgh and Aberdeen, with a concluding date at Glasgow’s Òran Mór on Wednesday 29 October.
