Steven Avery's defence attorneys to tour with 'A Conversation on Making a Murderer'

If you have a Netflix subscription, a passion for justice and enough time on your hands to binge watch a docu-series, odds are you've watched Making a Murderer.

The show, which first aired on the streaming service in January, follows the real-life case of Steven Avery, who is currently serving time in prison following his conviction for the murder of Teresa Halbach. Avery had previously served time in prison for a crime he was later exonerated for, and as such was released.

Steven Avery's defence lawyers, Dean A. Strang and Jerome F. Buting, will now tour the UK, as they appear in a live, moderated discussion on the Steven Avery case. This conversation will also cover the case's broader implications, as well as various aspects of the criminal justice system.

The 10-part Netflix original series proved to be extraordinarily popular and controversial when it aired. It brought up many questions: did Avery really do it, if not who did, and who is responsible for the hairstyles in that town? This live conversation with the attorneys will cover a lot of questions (probably not the hair one, admittedly), and will give audiences a chance to keep the dialogue open around this compelling and controversial criminal case.

The fact that Strang and Buting have become actual sex symbols probably won't hurt ticket sales, either. But that's something that this writer absolutely doesn't have an opinion on. Nope. She definitely doesn't have a picture of them printed off and stuck to her office wall. Not one bit.

Dreamboats.
