The People's Palace, the Glasgow Necropolis, and take a walk through Kelvingrove Park to the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum.

Edinburgh might be famous for its festivals, but Glasgow holds its own too. What's your favourite Glasgow festival of the year?
The Glasgow Film Festival – always amazing Q&As and cool events in unusual places. A couple of years ago I saw The Passion of Joan of Arc in Glasgow Cathedral which was pretty special.

Now it's the autumn/winter season, what's the best place to enjoy a chilly or wintry night in Glasgow?
Have a hot whiskey by the fire at The 78, near the Kelvingrove. The Belle, near Òran Mór, is also really cosy and there are always great dogs there too.

What's the best place for gigs in Glasgow?
The Hug and Pint, Mono, the Glad Cafe and the CCA.

Finally, it's time to chill – what's your favourite way to take a moment to relax?
Go for a walk through Kelvin Walkway and around Kelvingrove Park, watch a film at the Glasgow Film Theatre, and get coffee at Papercup on Great Western Road, Artisan Roast on Gibson Street or Tapa on Pollokshaws Road.
