Nominees announced for 2024's BAFTA Scotland Audience Award
Included in the shortlist are Ashley Storrie, Richard Gadd, David Tennant and more

The nominees for the BAFTA Scotland Audience Award have been announced, giving the general public the chance to vote for their favourite performances of 2024 from Scottish TV talent. The public vote will be open until 5pm on Wednesday 30 October, and the winner will be announced at the BAFTA Scotland Awards ceremony on Sunday 17 November.

Included in the vote is Abby Cook for her time presenting Blue Peter; comedian Richard Gadd for his bracing performance in the Netflix megahit Baby Reindeer; Ncuti Gatwa for his vital take on Doctor Who; Jack Lowden for the Apple TV+ spy thriller Slow Horses; Ashley Storrie for her warm-hearted sitcom Dinosaur; and David Tennant, who reprised his role as the Doctor in Doctor Who this year.
Previous winners of the BAFTA Scotland Audience Award include Lawrence Chaney for RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, Sam Heughan for Outlander, and Lauren Lyle for Karen Pirie.
