Pet Shop Boys will help Edinburgh revellers bring in 2023 at this year's Edinburgh Hogmanay Concert In The Gardens, organisers announce, with tickets going on sale this Friday 28 October at 10am. 

After a three year absence, Edinburgh's Hogmanay celebrations return with free and ticketed events, including the Midnight Moment as well as the famous Street Party on Princes Street, culminating in a spectacular firework display that will light up the city's iconic castle.

The synth-pop duo responded to the news saying: '2022 has been an incredible year, when we have loved being able to perform again after the restrictions arising from the pandemic. We can’t think of a better way to round off this year than by celebrating the start of 2023 in Edinburgh.'

Concert In The Gardens with Pet Shop Boys and special guest DJs takes place on Saturday 31 December 2022 in West Princes Street Gardens, from 9pm to 12.55am. 

Tickets go on general sale on Friday 28 October at 10am from www.edinburghshogmanay.com. Tickets start at £70 including booking fees.
