Richard Ashcroft has announced a tour of UK arenas for spring 2026, with stops in Cardiff, Liverpool, London and Leeds throughout March and April. Tickets for the shows go on sale at 9.30am on Friday 1 August. Scroll to the bottom of this article for a detailed list of the Britpop stalwart’s UK tour dates.

The former Verve powerhouse has enjoyed a resurgence in popularity over the past few months while supporting Oasis on their blockbuster reunion tour, which has also welcomed 90s relic Cast to its bill.

Best known for swaggering down a street in the ‘Bittersweet Symphony’ visualiser, Ashcroft has lived through many peaks and troughs throughout his career, with chart success from singles ‘Song For The Lovers ’ and ‘Music Is Power’. He also caused controversy in 2021 when he pulled out of Sheffield’s Tramlines festival after it was used as part of government research into the transmission of Covid-19, and for his opposition to vaccination and lockdowns.

Kicking off at Cardiff’s Utilita Arena on Tuesday 24 March, Ashcroft will then visit Liverpool’s M&S Bank Arena on Thursday 26 March, London’s O2 Arena on Saturday 28 March and Leeds’ First Direct Arena on Thursday 2 April.
