In January, The Good Food Guide announced something we’ve always known: Edinburgh is the best city for dining out (or, as they put it, it's the ‘most exciting food destination’ in Britain for 2025), beating last year’s winner, London. Good Food Guide co-editor Chloë Hamilton said, ‘Every year, our coverage of Edinburgh’s dining scene ranks among the most-read content by our knowledgeable readers and this is the era in which the city is answering their voracious appetite for great restaurants at every level.’ On top of that accolade, Edinburgh recently received two new Michelin stars, bringing its tally to seven restaurants, more than any other Scottish city.

With so many fantastic restaurants on offer, it's not easy to know where to turn. Fortunately, Forever Edinburgh’s Resident Rewards Edinburgh programme have joined up with some of the city’s top eateries to offer a delicious menu of discounted meals.
