Shellac announce UK tour for November 2013

Steve Albini, Todd Trainer and Bob Weston will finish off a nationwide tour with a slot at ATP
Self-proclaimed ‘minimalist-rock trio' Shellac are set for a double header of Scottish dates as part of their UK tour.
The post-hardcore titans, who have been producing their distinctively harsh, stripped back and fast paced signature sound for over 20 years, will play Glasgow and Edinburgh dates in November. Shellac are renowned for their meticulous attention to detail in their live set up and instruments, and are also famous for holding impromptu Q&A sessions with fans during gigs.
With a new LP (which has been seven years in the making) looming, the band make a welcome return to the UK; their final date of the tour will take them to their old stomping ground of Camber Sands, as part of the last All Tomorrow's Parties to be held at the Pontins Holiday Centre venue. The trio of Steve Albini, Todd Trainer and Bob Weston will play Edinburgh’s Liquid Rooms on Friday 22 November and the following night Saturday 23 Glasgow’s SWG3.
