The Big Moon have announced a slate of new shows across the UK for December 2023. Tickets for the shows are on sale now. 

The band took to Instagram to make the announcement, writing, ‘Tour is going great so far. So great that tickets are now ON SALE for our next tour. Links to all shows in our stories. We’d love to see you.’

Starting at Glasgow’s SWG3 Warehouse on Saturday 9 December, the band will then visit Manchester’s New Century Hall on  Sunday10 December, Leeds’ The Wardrobe on Monday 11 December, Birmingham’s XOYO on Wednesday 13 December, Bristol’s The Marble Factory on Thursday 14 December, Oxford’s O2 Academy 1 on Friday 15 December and London’s Union Chapel on Monday 18 December. 

We spoke to The Big Moon's Jules Jackson about their latest EP Walking Like We Do earlier this year. ''When I came back to writing I felt older and I cared about different things so I guess this album is the sound of me trying to process that,' Jackson told us. 'Our first album was all about being loud and live but after a while you start to write the same songs again and again because out of instinct your hand just goes to the same place on the guitar. I was trying to get out of my rut and one way was to pretend that the song wasn't my song. It just makes it easier sometimes playing a role, frees you up a bit.' Read the full interview here.
