The Go! Team have announced a tour of the UK this summer to celebrate two decades since the release of their debut album. Tickets for the shows are on sale now. Scroll to the bottom of this article for a detailed list of the band’s UK and Ireland performances. 

Thunder, Lightning, Strike was released in 2004 to critical acclaim, and stood apart from its indie peers for its focus on punchy dance songs and eclectic soundscapes. The band will also release a new edition of the album on Friday 13 September on Memphis Industries, which comes with a bonus disc of band leader Ian Parton’s original CD-R versions of the songs.

Starting at Edinburgh’s Queen’s Hall on Thursday 26 September, the band will then hit Manchester’s New Century Hall on Friday 27 September, Bristol’s Marble Factory on Saturday 28 September, and Dublin’s Button Factory on Sunday 29 September. They’ll also play a number of festivals across England this month.
