The Last Dinner Party announce tour dates for 2025: How to get tickets
The baroque pop band of the moment will hit venues in Dublin, Edinburgh, London and more this winter

The Last Dinner Party have announced a swathe of tour dates across the UK and Ireland, performing at venues in Dublin, Edinburgh, Brighton, London and more this winter. Tickets for the shows go on sale at 10am on Friday 12 September. Scroll to the bottom of this article for a detailed list of the band’s UK and Ireland performances.
The baroque pop act from London will tour in support of their hotly anticipate second album From The Pyre, set for release on Friday 17 October via Island Records. Produced by Markus Dravs (who’s previously worked with Wolf Alice, Florence & The Machine and Björk), it promises to be an ambitious follow-up to their well-received debut, Prelude To Ecstasy, from 2024.
The band described the new album with this inarguably pretentious but wholly charming press release: ‘This record is a collection of stories, and the concept of album-as-mythos binds them. The Pyre itself is an allegorical place in which these tales originate, a place of violence and destruction but also regeneration, passion and light.
‘The songs are character driven but still deeply personal, a commonplace life event pushed to pathological extreme. Being ghosted becomes a Western dance with a killer, and heartbreak laughs into the face of the apocalypse. Lyrics invoke rifles, scythes, sailors, saints, cowboys, floods, Mother Earth, Joan Of Arc, and blazing infernos. We found this kind of evocative imagery to be the most honest and truthful way to discuss the way our experiences felt, giving each the emotional weight it deserves.
‘This record feels a little darker, more raw and more earthy; it takes place looking out at a sublime landscape rather than seated an opulent table. It also feels metatextual and cheeky in places, like a knowing look reflected back at ourselves.’
Starting at Dublin’s 3Arena on Friday 14 November, the UK and Ireland leg of the tour will then makes stops in Edinburgh, Newcastle, Bridlington, Manchester, Wolverhampton, Bristol, Cardiff, Plymouth, and Brighton, finishing with two shows at the O2 Academy Brixton, London, on Sunday 7 and Monday 8 December.
We last caught up with The Last Dinner Party at TRNSMT in 2024, writing, ‘They’ve been written about ad nauseum but with good reason; they’ve hit at the right time with finely crafted songs like ‘The Feminine Urge’ and the mega-hit ‘Nothing Matters’, making every live show a blisteringly successful victory lap. Fun, theatrical and with a charisma overload that could win over even the sexist ‘industry plant’ bores on the internet.’ Read the full review here.
