The List returns to Adelaide with its world famous Festival Party
The latest, greatest way to kick off the Adelaide Fringe season returns for its second year

The List Festival Party is returning to Adelaide’s Courtyard Of Curiosities on Monday 23 February for a packed night of Fringe performances, dancing and drinks to celebrate the return of the Adelaide Fringe. Now in its second year, the party makes full use of the city’s iconic venue hub (located in the Migration Museum) to showcase an exciting snapshot of the festival’s vibrant and varied programme.
Combining cabaret, drag, comedy and a special guest DJ, this year’s line-up will feature an eclectic mixture of grassroots and international acts and will be announced soon. The event will give partygoers the opportunity to sample some of the best in art and entertainment that the Fringe festival has to offer.
Performances will take place at the Courtyard’s Chapel, Yurt and Gallery spaces, while roaming acts will keep minglers endlessly entertained with acrobatics and jaw-dropping showmanship. Tickets for the night cost $30 and include two free gin and tonics from partners Hendrick’s Gin.
Helping launch the Adelaide Fringe, The List Festival Party sold out last year’s inaugural run, building on decades of experience organising its legendary parties at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
Sheri Friers, CEO of The List, said: ‘We can’t wait to return to Adelaide and celebrate the start of festival season. Last year’s sellout party was a major hit and we look forward to replicating that again this year.
‘This year’s party is going to be brilliant and we’re excited to share more about what we’ve got lined up, so watch this space.’
The party is supported by Hendrick’s Gin, a proudly Scottish gin distilled in Ayrshire, and Pure Life Plus, which helps foster and develop small productions for Australian and international stages.
