US Girls announce UK and Ireland tour dates, launch new single ‘No Fruit’
Meg Remy’s long-running experimental pop project will launch new album Scratch It on Friday 20 June

Titled Scratch It, the ninth studio album from Toronto-based producer, film composer, and author Meg Remy’s experimental pop project promises to weave ‘country, gospel, garage rock, soul, disco and folk balladry,’ and has ditched the computer-based production of her previous albums in favour of two-inch tape serves.
Her latest single ‘No Fruit’ gives a flavour of the album to come, using the constant rhythm of a wah-wah pedal for a funky, slinky ode to the natural world. Listen to the song below.
