This weekend's streaming video from The Shows Must Go On! is the full stage show of Jeff Wayne's Musical Version of The War of the Worlds.

The spectacular show was recorded in 2012 at London's O2 Arena with an all-star cast featuring Liam Neeson, Jason Donovan, Kaiser Chiefs' Ricky Wilson, Wet Wet Wet's Marti Pellow and special effects including an incredible 35-foot tall Martian fighting machine firing real flames above the audience.

The show is a stage adaptation of Jeff Wayne's 1978 concept album based on the novel by H.G. Wells.

It will be available on The Shows Must Go On! YouTube channel for just 48 hours from 7pm on Friday.
