Where to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner in London

Turkey, steak, pecan pie and more to feast on this Thanksgiving
Thu 23 Nov marks Thanksgiving, a day when Americans give thanks to the harvest by inviting over family and friends for a feast of turkey, yams and pumpkin pie (before getting into a total frenzy over Black Friday shopping deals).
If you're an expat living in London or just fancy meat sweats and sugar highs, here's where to celebrate the annual American celebration of food.
Smith & Wollensky
America's popular steakhouse is serving up a Thanksgiving meal starting with roast squash and paprika soup or oak smoked salmon, followed by a 320g dry aged sirloin or a full turkey dinner with all the trimmings and a slice of pumpkin pie for pud.
Smith & Wollensky, The Adelphi Building, Covent Garden, £68pp
Balthazer
More turkey, butternut squash, pumpkin and pecan pie on the menu, or you can buy a sharing pie from the boulangerie to take away and enjoy at home. There's also a range of US-inspired sweet and savoury treats available at the boulangerie between now and Thu 23 Nov, including s'mores, apple and cinnamon doughnuts and turkey and cranberry sauce sourdough sandwiches.
Balthazer, Russell Street, Covent Garden, £55pp
Christopher's
Highlights from Christopher's Thanksgiving menu include scallops with maple-roasted parsnip cream and pistachio praline, missouri-rubbed rack of lamb and baked pecan pie cheesecake with Graham Cracker ice cream and a peanut butter chocolate cookie.
Christopher's, Wellington Street, Covent Garden, £60pp
Clothworkers' Hall
A Thanksgiving feast in Benjamin Franklin's house, the man who suggested the turkey should become one of America's national symbols and also practised cooking it as part of his early work on electricity.
Clothworkers' Hall, Dunster Court, £90
The Blues Kitchen
For your comfort food fix, head to Blues Kitchen in Brixton, Shoreditch or Camden where an all-American Thanksgiving feast will be served. Think buttermilk fried chicken with twice baked mac 'n' cheese and pumpkin pie with toasted marshmallows. Follow up the feast with music from their resident bands.
Various locations, £29.95
Bread Street Kitchen
A three course menu designed for sharing. Dishes include a sharing snack platter with bacon wrapped pickles and a spicy crab and tabasco dip, confit turkey leg and peanut butter parfait. The wine pairing costs an additional £25 and the fine wine pairing is £30 extra.
