Cockenzie House and Gardens is a 17th century mansion house by the sea. We have our Cadell Tea Room open daily serving scones, lunches, high-teas and speciality teas and coffee. The main house has rotating exhibitions and is currently hosting the Great Tapestry of Scotland. We also offer studios for artists, space to let for events and guest accommodation.
