The Market Weighton Community Hall off Station Road has been run since it was opened in 1992 by a dedicated Management Committee and provides a well-used venue for local playgroups, dance and therapeutic groups, training courses, religious services and musical events as well as being available for hire for private parties and similar functions. The Hall is a registered charity, open seven days a week, and is almost entirely self-funding.
