The venue, when in Acoustic Music Centre @ St Bride's mode, operates two performance spaces within. The Big Room has 250 raked seats all with uninterrupted sight lines looking down on to a large stage area 9 m x 9 m; the Back Room is an intimate 50-seat space. Although the Big Room allows for easy wheelchair access the Back Room does not have wheelchair access. Children of 4 yrs or under are not admitted to any show after 7pm. The venue is licensed to sell alcohol and in the evening local restaurant, First Coast, provides excellent food.
