The Cruachan Court Orchestra's inaugural season concludes with storytelling! Audience favourite composer Joe Hisaishi's music for the delightful Studio Ghibli films returns in music from Howl's Moving Castle and Kiki's Delivery Service. As winter draws in, we are celebrating the music of Franz Schubert with the towering masterpiece that is his song cycle Winterreise (A Winter's Journey), in a new orchestration by our founder-conductor Callum Hseyin. Aleksi Koponen returns as baritone soloist from his fabulous performance in our launch concert.

Allineate This interactive children's show features the story of Highland and Lowland midges in Scotland – how they interact with their local communities within their region of Scotland, the relationships they have with humanity and human beings in warm weather seasons, how they cope with the pressures of climate change with the environmental arena plus how artificial intelligence tools are used to offer hope for the future species growth and development in both Highland and Lowland regions of Scotland. This show being workshop based, parents will participate along with children to create the story. Audience participation
