Diana Remembered - Ken Wharfe and Ingrid Seward
Former Scotland Yard Elite Royalty Protection Officer to Princess Diana, the Princes William and Harry and The Duke of Kent. Ken Wharfe was born in Canterbury, Kent and joined the Metropolitan Police Service as a special cadet at the age of 17. He attained the rank of Inspector before being selected to join Scotland Yards elite Royalty Protection Department. The SAS trained officer was chosen to head up the security for the Queens grandchildren, heir apparent Prince William and Prince Harry who as children, affectionately called him Uncle Ken. A year later in 1987 he was appointed as Personal Protection Officer to the Princess of Wales. Just months after Princes Dianas death in Paris on August 31 1997, Inspector Wharfe was honoured by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II at Buckingham Palace and made a Member of the Victorian Order, a personal gift of the Sovereign for his loyal service to her family. Since his retirement from Scotland Yard, he has entertained audiences across a broad spectrum of venues throughout the UK and abroad, speaking at conferences and after dinner locations. Ingrid Seward has been Editor of Majesty magazine since the late eighties and subsequently Editor-in-Chief and is globally acknowledged as one of the worlds leading experts on the British Royal Family. In 1988 she started writing royal books and her first was called Diana which became a bestseller It was also published in the USA and Canada. Ingrid has since written 15 books the most recent being The Queens Speech and My Husband & I the story of the Queen and Prince Philips 70-year marriage and My Mother & I the story of the relationship between the late Queen and her son, now King Charles III. Ingrid first appeared on TV for the first breakfast show TVAM which kicked off her TV career, and subsequently she has appeared regularly on television stations throughout the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and Europe.

Appalling.the whole show is an irreverent travesty, needless frivolity and foolishness. Jacob Marley I rather liked it Bob Cratchitt Yeah Baby Yeah Austin Powers.
