Eventim Hammersmith Apollo

The art deco building that houses the Hammersmith Apollo is one of the best preserved theatres in the UK -- although now its stage sees more rock'n'roll and less stage drama. The Beatles, the Rolling Stones and Bob Marley have all played here, with Oasis, REM, Pixies, Russell Brand and Kylie Minogue following not far behind. The Hammersmith Apollo has changed hands several times, most recently bought jointly by AEG Live and Eventim, who refurbished the venue to its original 30s sheen. The nearest tube is Hammersmith (Piccadilly, District and Hammersmith and City lines). Buses: 9, 10, 27, 33, 419, 72, H91, 190, 211, 220, 267, 283, 295 and 391.

The highly-anticipated tour will feature his last Netflix special, American Dream , as well as new material about culture shock. Gad Elmaleh is one of the biggest and most recognizable comedic talents in the world. On stage, Gad continues to cement himself as one of the most widely known and beloved stand up comedians working today. In January 2017, he released his latest comedy special, Gad Gone Wild . The Netflix Original showcased Gad’s impressive multi-lingual ability, as the material was performed in a mix of English and French. Since his move to the United States, Gad has quickly grown from being France’s most popular stand up comedian to becoming a global comedy sensation. In 2015, he completed a residency at Joe’s Pub in New York City, which saw him performing to sold-out crowds for more than fifty nights. The impressive run led to a multi-city major comedy tour across the United States, culminating in a sold-out show at the world-famous Carnegie Hall in February 2017. Overseas, Gad made history by selling out the prestigious Olympia theater hall in Paris for seven consecutive weeks – a feat that had never before been accomplished. He followed the sold-out run with another seven sold-out weeks of shows at the Palais des Sports, a 3,800-seat venue also in Paris. In the film world, Gad starred as ´´Ben Salaad” in the Steven Spielberg-directed film The Adventures of Tintin and could be seen opposite Owen Wilson and Rachel McAdams in Woody Allen’s Midnight in Paris . His additional film work includes Pattaya, The Midnight Orchestra, Capital, Les Seigneurs, Happiness Never Comes Alone, Jack and Jill, La Rafle, Coco and more. Gad has also made memorable appearances on a number of American television programmes, including The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Conan, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Late Night with Seth Meyers, The Daily Show, Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee and more.

Trevor Noah: Loud & Clear

Trevor Noah: Loud & Clear

23 Jun 2025 - 27 Jun 2025

The biggest comedian to come from Africa, Trevor Noah has performed sold-out tours across five continents as well as become a late-night talk show star in the United States. For a boy who grew up as the ultimate outsider, his is a true success story. Noah was born in Johannesburg, South Africa during apartheid to a white Swiss father and black Xhosa mother. At that time interracial marriage was illegal, so he spent most of his childhood tucked away inside while his family hid their secret from the outside world. In addition to being poor, another of Noah’s challenges was that he self-identified as Black, but was seen by others as mixed race. Noah first used humour to help bridge that divide. In his late teens, he dabbled at deejaying and acted in a soap opera, but then in his early 20s, he was pushed onstage during comedy night at a Johannesburg bar. Without any training, Noah began telling stories and received rapturous applause. He launched his career as a stand-up and TV presenter in earnest in 2002, landing several hosting roles with the South African Broadcasting Corporation. In 2010, he created and starred in two series of the South African television talk show Tonight With Trevor Noah.
