Extensive gardens and parklands provide the setting for Henry VIII's palace home renowned for its garden maze made from seven foot high yew hedges and the famous Haunted Gallery, said to be the refuge of the spirit of Catherine Howard. Sixty acres of gardens adjoin the deer park with ponds and other waterways. Hampton Court is the closest train station to the palace. Bus services running from Kingston include: 111, 216, 411, 461, 513. The R68 service runs from Richmond to the palace. On site paid parking is available.

New for 2025, the Hampton Court Palace Feel Good Festival is a celebration of joy! Bringing together the mind, body and soul for one stunning spring weekend within the gardens and grounds of one of the UK’s historic royal palaces. Through hands on workshops, guided practices, drop-in clinics and of course food, drink and shopping, visitors to the Feel Good Festival can ditch the dull and feel the best version of themselves. The Wellness Workshops programme is designed to encourage people of all levels to get involved in practices that focus on mindfulness, relaxation or fitness to hone their skill or find a new passion. There will be local experts in Yin Yoga, Pilates and Sound Bathing demonstrating their expertise through a series of workshops for visitors to join. The Joyfulness Talks Stage programme is hosted by Joyfulness Experts Donna Easton and Nick Ede, who share how to live a more joyful life, as well as bringing a wealth of experience and practices to share with our visitors. Their packed roster of talks includes chef Chris Baber discussing Good Mood Food and how to cook yourself happy, as well as how Dopamine Dressing can change your outlook and help with confidence one outfit at a time. The London House of Wellbeing (TLHOW) will also be hosting a mix of Wellness Workshops and Feel Good Talks at the event this spring, focussing on meditation, breathwork, journaling, nutritional talks and lots more. TLHOW will be bringing a Pop-Up Clinic too, giving visitors direct access to professional health screening tests. TLHOW will be on-hand through the event to offer visitors access to health experts and 1-2-1 menopause advice to help inform, guide and support. Take a moment for yourself after a busy day at the festival and join a Make & Create workshop and relax into a new hobby – make a jesmonite home accessory with Crafty Jezebels, delve into the benefits of Journaling with The London House of Wellbeing or learn how to Batik with Batiking. At the centre of the event will be the Artisan Market, hosting producers and independent makers of art, jewellery, housewares and food, each known for the various ways their products help people gain a boost of serotonin. Alongside this, will be a curated shopping hubs for well-known brands in the space of wellness and beauty, children's shopping, and active lifestyle. Beside the workshop, talks and artisan market there will be street food vendors offering a range of healthy and hearty dishes to enjoy, such as a Latin and Japanese fusion from Sugoi, sample traditional Uzbek cuisine at Sugoi or visit Beyroots for some Lebanese dishes. Good Food Festival 2025 will have a focus on making healthier choices, with No and Low alcohol options from our pop-up bars, as well juice bars and alternatives to support our wellness focus, alongside the usual alcoholic bar offering. There is plenty to keep the little ones entertained too, at the LEGO Creation Station, encouraging imagination and creativity sharing amongst family and friends. With themed zones, kids can build their own wonderful creation with help from LEGO sets.
