The Specials Ltd are the UK's most authentic and original tribute to 2-Tone Legends, The Specials. When the original line up of The Specials split in 1981 they left behind a legacy which has been unrivaled by a single band since. The group were integral to promoting an anti-racial ethos, created a unique image and combined punk, ska and reggae music while lyrically commentating on the state of Britain in the late 70's and early 80's. They formed their own 2-Tone record label which launched the recording careers of Madness, The Beat and The Selecter. The Specials Ltd recreate the passion and enthusiasm of The Specials, bringing back memories of those who were there first time around and showing younger fans what they missed. The Specials Ltd are a 9 piece band full of energy, excitement and accuracy, performing Specials favourites such as Gangsters, Too Much Too Young, Do The Dog, Message To You Rudy, Stereotype, Rat Race, Do Nothing, Monkey Man, and Ghost Town.

Robert Vincent is one of the most acclaimed new voices on the Americana music scene. Born in Crosby Liverpool, his upbringing inculcated him with a very Merseyside culture of storytelling and language. In 2013 Robert Vincent released his debut album Life in Easy Steps. Critically well received, the title track was play-listed by Radio 2. After meeting Whispering Bob Harris at an event called ‘Bluebird at the Bluecoat’ that brought the concept of the bluebird cafe in Nashville to The Bluecoat Chambers in Liverpool, the legendary radio presenter invited Robert to perform a live session on his Radio 2 show and in 2016 awarded him with his ‘Emerging Artist’ of the year award at the inaugural UK Americana Awards show in Hackney London. In 2018 his Sophomore album ‘I’ll Make the Most of my Sins’ was named UK Americana Album of the Year. Meeting and performing with musical director Ethan Johns at the award ceremony would shape his future career. In February of 2018 Robert was invited to perform on the BBC ‘Old Grey Whistle Test, For One Night Only’ closing the show. It was this performance that would propel him to number 1 and 2 in the iTunes Album and Singles Charts. Robert's latest release ‘In this Town You’re Owned' charted at number 2 in the UK Americana Charts been critically praised both in the UK and Europe and USA. At the midway point of the year American Songwriter Magazine named ‘In this Town You’re Owned’ in its top 20 albums (every genre) of 2020 to date. ‘In This Town You’re Owned’ has also picked up Americana Music Association UK Album & Artist of The Year 2021, plus Americana UK Album & Artist of the Year 2020.

The Sound & Vision of Bowie, widely acclaimed as the best Bowie tribute in the UK Paul Henderson was born in Sunderland but spent most of his childhood growing up in Peterborough when he discovered Bowie, which led to buying and playing everything and watching everything available countless times. Paul started in music playing in local bands in the late 80’s and then embarking on his own material during the mid 90’s to 2002.Being a life long fan of Bowie, Paul got to see him on tour numerous occasions and very briefly met him in 1997 during his Earthling tour. Paul first caught national attention when he appeared on Stars In Their Eyes in 1993, the first series hosted by Mathew Kelly, where he performed Space Oddity, dressed as Bowie’s legendary Ziggy Stardust. From there he performed at conventions around the country as Bowie. After 1995 Paul embarked on playing his own material and spent the late 90’s recording his own songs. Around 2002 a friend asked Paul “why don’t you put a Bowie tribute together”. Paul replied saying “I would enjoy it too much and everything else I am planning will end up on the back burner”, and so it did as the start of Aladdinsane was in the midst. Aladdinsane was the classic album that David released in 1973, which was the first album Bowie album Paul got as a child from his parents, hence why he chose the name for the band. Paul then embarked on finding the musicians required to cover a vast range of David Bowie’s single and classic album tracks. The line up of the band changed during the 2000s and now with Steve Beeston on keyboards, Carl Stones on guitar, Franco Caprio on bass and Rick Cook on drums and Paul as Bowie with 12 string acoustic, make up the sound of Aladdinsane the band it is today. Having played at some wonderful theatres and travelled to places like Bahrain, Qatar and Berlin where Paul played an acoustic set at Hansa studios where Bowie recorded Heroes, he said it’s like an ongoing rollercoaster. With so many songs to chose from you can hear many hits like – Space Oddity. Changes, Ashes to Ashes, Heroes, Lets Dance, Drive In Saturday, Jean Genie, Life On Mars, Fame, Starman and Diamond Dogs to list but a few, including some classic album tracks from Bowie’s vast repertoire. Paul changes outfits during each show which can stem from any of Bowies tours from 1976 to 2003.The songs are mixed with no chronological order so that the audiences are left wondering what could be next after each song which also gives the show a more exciting feel.
