Since winning Acoustic magazine's 2010 Singer Songwriter of the year, nu / anti-folk artist Gaz Brookfield has spent his time on the road, touring the UK and Europe. He has shared the stage with the likes of Levellers, Seth Lakeman, Frank Turner, New Model Army, Nick Harper, Newton Faulkner, Miles Hunt, and many more. His songs are instantly accessible, everyman tales of life, love and everything else in between. He has so far released four albums the latest being 2016's "I Know My Place".

After two separate successful UK tours in 2024, of which the undoubted highlight was Ali's phenomenal Hackney Empire show (which Michael deftly supported), Edinburgh Fringe 2022 flatmates and friends are back in the lab preparing for their subsequent tours. Expect to hear brand new jokes in an intimate environment, some of which will make the final cut, some that will never be uttered again. The shows are cheap and the vibe is fun & loose. The UK's favourite and funniest Jewish stand-up comedian, Ivor Dembina (The Guardian ) presents a preview of his offering for next month's Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Its his very funny solo show about the Jewish football fan who, tired of being expected to support the 'Jewish' north London club Tottenham Hotspur, decides to swear allegiance instead to his own 'more earthy' local south London team, Millwall F.C. Presented by Ivor Dembina. This is an 18+ event.

Golden Shoals is a fiddle and guitar duo with a rousing old-time-style music that's fueled by acerbic modern-day wit (-No Depression Magazine). They are no strangers to traditional music, having placed in contests including Clifftop (3rd place 2023, 4th place 2022), Mount Airy, The Grand Masters Fiddlers Championship and Galax. Bal de Bourdon is a London-based band performing music from France, the Channel Islands and Cornwall, with a penchant for songs rich in melody, harmony and drama. Their repertoire includes traditional music from Brittany and other French regions, and some rare and little-known songs from Cornwall and the Channel Islands all sung in the original languages but with engaging new arrangements and rich vocal harmonies.
