We are please to welcome Motorheadache who are a top class and authentic tribute to the late, great Lemmy Kilmister and his band, Motörhead. Motörheadache is a three piece tribute to Lemmy's musical career with Motörhead from 1975 to 2015. Set up by lifelong Motörhead fan Rob Campbell on Rickenbacker bass and vocals, Rob captures the essence of Lemmy in voice, stage clothes and his grinding mid-range bass sound. As Lemmy Kidderminster, Rob plays a custom built Rickenbastard made my Lemmy's own luthier, which is fitted with the pickups and tuners removed from Lemmy's own Rickenbastard when it was serviced. Rob also has a custom Lemmy 'Murder One' Marshall Super Bass wired to the same specification as Lemmy's and two Marshall 4x15 cabs with 4x12 cabs either side of the stage. The line-up also features Al Leach on guitar and 'Dirty' Dave Nutter on drums with some 'dep' drummers and guitarists to help out with the busy touring schedule. Motörheadache toured the UK extensively in 2016 and embarked on its new UK & European tour on 21st January 2017 with over 60 dates in the diary including large summer festivals such as Hard Rock Hell Road Trip 2017 in Ibiza, Rocker's Reunited Lindos 2017 Festival in Greece and various biker rallys such as Pentrich Rock and Blues, Yorkshire Rock and Bike Festival and Festwich in Manchester. After some showcase gigs in O2 Academy venues in Glasgow, Newcastle and London later in the year as part of the band's The Curse Still Rings True tour, in January 2018 Motörheadache will headline at the Lemmy Dutch Memorial concert in Amsterdam The main body of the Motörheadache's set list comprises a large number of songs from Motörhead's Fast Eddie Clarke era, regarded by many Motörheadbangers as the classic era from 1975 to 1982. Songs include Ace of Spades, Bomber, Overkill, Iron Fist, The Hammer, Damage Case and the thunderous Motörhead - the last song Lemmy wrote for Hawkwind and the one that gave his new band its name. Motörheadache also play material written by Motörhead from 1983 through to 2015. From Brian Robertson's short stint in1983, to the re-launch in 1984 of Motörhead as a four piece with Wurzel and Phil Campbell on guitars and finally, the longstanding Lemmy, Phil Campbell and Mikkey Dee era from 1995 to 2015. Songs from this period include Killed by Death, In the Name of Tragedy, Sacrifice, Ramones and Burner. Motörheadache also performs Victory or Die from Motörhead's last studio outing, Bad Magic a song that Lemmy and Motörhead never got the chance to play live in the UK with the cancellation of Motörhead's 2016 UK tour. Motörheadache is proud to help keep alive the music of Motörhead by playing gigs all over the UK and Europe and invites Motörhead fans to celebrate the life and work of a rock icon and legend, Mr Lemmy Kilmister.

The Cureheads are the world's most established tribute to The Cure, having played to over half a million Curefans all over the globe since 1990. The Cureheads started in Stockholm in 1990 when Englishman Gary Clarke was busking around Europe playing Cure and mission songs for bus tickets to the next city. Since then The Cureheads have played in major venues, tiny venues, sports stadiums, city squares and even at celebrity weddings in the UK, USA, Poland, Czech Republic. Spain, Japan, France, Bahrain, IE, Chile, Mexico, Brazil and Russia With shows by the real Cure an all too rare thing The Cureheads have gone to painstaking lengths to re-create the atmosphere and sounds and smells of a real show of The Cure at their 1990 peak. The Cureheads play songs from all moments of The Cure’s career and even include B-sides and internet only releases in their set when the audience calls for it 2012 was The Cureheads’ 21st anniversary & in celebration of playing to over a quarter of a million Curefans in 21 yrs.’, the band completed a UK tour of Academy venues with their best shows to date which included a dynamic interactive light and video show. Gabrielle also joined The Cureheads for a Tour of South America including Paraguay and Argentina where the show went out to huge audiences.

Ion Maiden Formed in August 2018, Ion Maiden was built around the core of four ex-members of some of the best Maiden tribute bands in the UK, and with only one rehearsal their first gig was an instant success with Maiden fans. Since they exploded onto the scene they have played Holland, various clubs throughout the UK, and London raising over £3,000 towards the Legend that is Paul Di’Anno at the Camden Underworld, who was blown away by the video footage that was sent to him in Croatia. More recently they were honoured to be asked to open the “Birthplace of Iron Maiden” the Cart & Horses after its lengthy refurbishment, with support from another Iron Maiden stars band, Doug Sampson (Airforce) the original drummer of the soundhouse tapes. The Orb virtually invented the electronic genre known as ambient house, resurrecting slower, more soulful rhythms and providing a soundtrack for early-morning ravers once the clubs closed their doors. Founded in 1988 by Alex Paterson and The KLF member Jimmy Cauty, membership of The Orb has been fluid over the years, with Paterson remaining the only constant throughout. The Orb released their fifteenth studio album, ‘No Sounds Are Out of Bounds’, in 2018 via Cooking Vinyl. These fifteen albums plus EPs, singles, compilations and live recordings have influenced countless other musicians along the way.

Formed in 1977 to promote Ian Durys’ album ‘New Boots and Panties’ on the first Stiff Records tour of the U.K. Chaz Jankel, Norman Watt-Roy, Charlie Charles, John Turnbull and Mick Gallagher became known as ‘The Blockheads’ (a reference to a song on Ian’s album). As ‘Ian Dury & The Blockheads’ they went back out on tour, this time without Chaz Jankel, and in 1978 released ‘What a Waste’ a single that reached number five in the U.K. charts. They were then joined by saxophonist Davey Payne and toured the U.S.A supporting Lou Reed across North America ending with their own dates in California (with backline roadie Pete Rush) In late 1978 Chaz returned to the fold and composed ‘Hit me with your Rhythm Stick’ with Ian. The band recorded it in The Workhouse Studios, Old Kent Road, London and in 1979 had a number one hit record with it in the U.K. Ian Dury & The Blockheads went on to record the ‘Do it Yourself’ album and toured Europe and the U.K. recording ‘Reasons to be Cheerful, Part 3’ in Rome. Released as a single in late 1979 it reached number three in the U.K. charts. In 1980 Chaz, once again, left the band to pursue solo projects in California and Wilko Johnson joined Ian, Norman, Johnny, Charlie, Mickey and Davey to record and release a third album for Stiff Records called ‘Laughter’ and released ‘I Want to be Straight’ and ‘Supermans Big Sister’ as singles. They toured throughout 1981 in the U.K and Europe, sometimes augmented by Don Cherry on trumpet, ending the year with a tour of Australia. In 1982 Ian Dury & The Blockheads disbanded and were not to play together again until 1987 when they went out to Japan in June to play three shows in four days, disbanding again until 1990 when the death of Charlie Charles in September of that year re-united them to play two Benefit gigs in aid of Charlies’ family. Chaz returned from America and Steven Monti picked up the drumsticks for the hottest ticket in town. The band, now augmented by Merlin Rhys-Jones on guitar and Will Parnell on percussion, recorded a live album ‘Warts & Audience’ in December 1990. Chaz returned to California and the band toured Spain in January 1991. Once again the band stopped working until August 1994 when, with the return to England of Chaz, the band were invited to play the Madstock Festival in Finsbury Park in August which led to a series of hit and run gigs in Europe, Ireland, the U.K.and Japan throughout the rest of 1994 and 1995. In March 1996 Ian was diagnosed with cancer and, after recovering from an operation, was determined to write another album.

Tom McGuire & The Brassholes are an eclectic, modern-soul-funk, 8 piece band from Glasgow, headed by keen skater, lumberjack-attired soul bearer, Tom McGuire. The funky collective of “killer animals from hell”, consists of a colourful, hilarious bunch of wonderfully talented, animated young men. The band deliver great variety and include everything from a humble Polish saxophonist, a reserved introvert piano pounder, someone who claims to be the self confessed “sex appeal of the band” and two English horn blowing northerners amongst others! The band earned their stripes on Sauchiehall and Buchanan Street as buskers during Glasgow’s 2014 Commonwealth Games, and have slowly been working their way up the staircase of success, becoming one of Scotland’s most vibrant live acts.

Celebrating the music of the Clash and The Stranglers Clash 'N' Sleazy are made up musicians who've played for the UK Subs, Chords UK, Chelsea and Bruce Foxtons Solo band, and having seen both bands live many times, we play with a passion and care, that we hope you'll appreciate. We are not a tribute to either, but most definitely a lover of both, playing a songs from each band in a chronological order, with the classics held back to the end. As the age of disco drew to a close, music fans the world over were ready for an injection of freshness. The year was 1979 and a new urban sound had found its feet on the East Coast of America. In Englewood, New Jersey a three-piece called SugarHill Gang were soon to become the forefathers of hip hop, as the success of their hit single ‘Rapper’s Delight’ was released, eventually selling 8 million copies, taking them global. Meanwhile, in the projects of South Bronx, legendary turntablist Grandmaster Flash had assembled with The Furious Five, who were simultaneously spreading ‘The Message’ and liberating dancefloors around the world with a new ‘Freedom’. Following Flash’s departure from the group The Furious Five would go on to achieve UK Top 10’s with historic numbers such as ‘White Lines’, ‘Step Off’ and ‘Beat Street’. After years signed to the same label SugarHill, both acts are reunited for one of hip hop’s finest moments of the year. Fans are in store for the biggest old school showdown of the year, as SugarHill Gang’s Hen Dog, Master Gee and Wonder Mike combine forces with Furious Five’s Melle Mel and Scorpio to deliver a double billing, which will have the UK shufflin’ ‘the freak’ all night long.

Martha has constantly experimented with her musical parameters. In the early days this meant singing the folk songs she had know since childhood one week and recording electronica and trip-hop the next. Her new tour is a sparky union of folk, acoustic, trip-hop and electronica. With her longtime collaborators and musicians Matt Tweed and Matt Kelly, among others they entwine raw vocals, sparkling melodies and thought provoking lyrics with filmic movements and earthy baselines. To see them live is to connect with longed-for parts of ourselves.

There can’t be many other bands in the UK with as fervent a fanbase as The Rifles. Over a decade after their formation, they can still play to thousands of fans all over the country. They have an impressive catalogue under their belt which includes 5 studio albums and a host of songs that have become institutional fan favourites, and it is these tracks that have been compiled to form the new compilation, 'Singles Collection'. It’s hard to think of a band more operating on their own terms, more outside of any sphere of influence, and more still alive than the Rifles.
