Set in 59.5 acres of lakes, woods and gardens, Saint Hill Manor is open to the public every day. The venue has been owned by a number of historically reputable figures, including Stephen Bord of Cuckfield, the first recorded owner in 1567; John Crawfurd of Ayrshire in 1733, who went on to create the Saint Hill Estate, and L Ron Hubbard, notorious for inventing Scientology.
