The Warminster Thing: 60th Anniversary Conference
The 'Warminster Thing' was a series of unexplained events surrounding the Wiltshire town in the 1960s. The events included weird noises, mysterious physical phenomena, lights in the sky, and developed into sightings of physical craft and humanoid beings. The occurrences remain a mystery to this day. Local journalist, Arthur Shuttlewood, gained international recognition as the predominant researcher, and labelled the spate of inexplicable phenomena 'The Thing' and went on to write several books on the mystery. The conference will not only cover historical accounts and conjecture on the Warminster Thing, but will also examine the possible links with ancient civilisations and earth energies. Speakers will also discuss the role that Quantum Healing Hypnosis can bring to the research, and will incorporate recent worldwide UFO activity, connecting the past with the present. Speakers include: Stuart Dike (Host), Steve Wills (UFO Researcher and author), John Hanson (UFO author & research archivist), Steve Rider (UFO/ Paranormal researcher) 'Busty' Taylor (Crop Circle / UFO Researcher), Brian McMullan Jr (from Scottish band C.E.IV), Maria Wheatley (Master Dowser / Earth Energies / author).
Animal Farm

Animal Farm

2 Jul 2025 - 3 Jul 2025

Age : 8+ When the animals in the farmyard rebel against their tyrannical farmer and take control of the farm, they hope to create a world where they can be equal, happier and free. But as power shifts and a new leader emerges, they soon face the age-old question: what does it really mean to be equal? Exploring loss of identity, the seductive allure of privilege, and the corrupting nature of political power, George Orwell's Animal Farm is a classic story of rebellion and treachery, and a timely reminder of the importance of resistance. This powerful production, masked by Strangeface in collaboration with the cast, reflects Orwells intended parallel with 20th century Soviet Russia, but also makes the leap to contemporary politics: fake news and conspiracy theories, political spin and gaslighting with the prevailing message: all animals are equal, but some are more equal than others.
