English Heritage: Wenlock Priory
The remains of a medieval priory reflecting the Cluniac love of elaborate decoration. See parts of a 13th century church, a monks' washing fountain and the extravagantly decorated chapter house. The priory also boasts a topiary-filled cloister garden. A complimentary audio guide in available and picnics are allowed in the grounds.
Pay and display parking is available outside the priory or in Wenlock town centre, approximately five minutes walk away.
